INSTALLATION OF THE SILENCER ON THE WEAPON.
Before installing the muffler, be sure to make sure that the weapon is completely discharged. Do it yourself, do not rely on anyone else. Disconnect the store, open the shutter and check
no cartridge in the chamber. When installing the muffler, it is desirable to leave the shutter open, to be sure of the impossibility of an uncontrolled shot.
Also, before installing the muffler, unscrew the protective nut or muzzle device (muzzle brake compensator or flame arrester) incompatible with the muffler, if any. Any washers, O-rings, etc. must be removed from the receiver thread. Make sure that the thread is free of scale
or any remnants of the thread lock.
Clean and degrease the thread on the muzzle of the weapon with a solvent (eg medical alcohol). Degrease the thread inside the rear end of the silencer. Residues of solvent will have time to evaporate before you attach the muffler to the weapon.
Before installing the muffler on the barrel, make sure that the muffler thread and caliber matches the thread and caliber of your weapon!
Screw the muffler onto the barrel, taking care to prevent damage to the thread. It is possible to wind a muffler only manually, with sufficient effort for strong fixing of a muffler on a barrel.
Visually check the alignment of the muffler on the barrel. then remove the shutter and check the alignment of the muffler and the barrel channel by looking through the rear of the barrel, there should be no visible distortions or blackouts, make sure that nothing blocks the trajectory of the bullet through the muffler.
WARNING!!! Do not use any locking or sealing washers when installing the muffler. The use of such washers can cause misalignment of the muffler and the barrel channel, which can cause damage to the muffler when firing.
When firing, the threaded muffler can be unscrewed from the barrel of the weapon, which can cause misalignment. Therefore, WE RECOMMEND that you periodically check that the muffler has NOT OPENED.
