Silencer ASTUR SAIGA 7.62

Description

Lightweight and reliable silencer for Kalashnikov rifles and civilian carbines based on it Saiga MK 03 caliber 7.62×39 with a muzzle thread M24x1.5.

Removes the sound of a shot from 24 dB to 29 dB, which is approximately 55% – 65% lower than the sound of a shot with a standard cartridge from a carbine without a device and almost completely eliminates the flash. The suppressor does not affect the accuracy of the carbine, makes shooting comfortable.
Each device is covered by a warranty: one year or 1000 shots.

All parts of the silencer made of D16T undergo a process of chemical treatment (anodizing), which significantly increases their service life.

We do not recommendusing ASTUR suppressor cleaners for cleaning liquids that contain chemical solvents.
When using suppressor in adverse weather conditions such as: rain, fog, sudden changes in temperature, we recommend drying the device (it is allowed to blow it with an air compressor) to remove liquid (water, condensate) from the body of the device. This will protect the suppressor from corrosion and oxidation.

The internal structure of the suppressor is a classic seven-chamber direct-flow circuit with an original device for preliminary dissection of gases. This scheme of the silencer allows you to achieve maximum suppression of the sound level of a shot from a Kalashnikov. In addition, the suppressor removes the flash from the shot almost completely.

The threaded part of the suppressor is made so that when winding on the machine, it does not rest on the front sight pad, as this may cause skew of the suppressor, and rested on the cut of the barrel of the carbine. This scheme of installation of the suppressor allows you to install it on a Kalashnikov with minimal skew. The threaded part of the suppressor has recesses for the standard lock of the carbine front sight pad.
Each silencer has its own original serial number and product passport.

The company ASTUR began to produce suppressors for carbines on the basis of AK caliber 7.62×39 in 2012. During this time, the design of suppressors has been constantly improved, which allows us to say that the ASTUR 7.62 suppressor is one of the best suppressors for the Kalashnikov rifle made in Ukraine.

The suppressor is intended mainly for use by civilian shooters (sports, hunting), and is not intended for use in automatic firing mode, but perfectly withstands single firing at a fast pace (up to four full magazines).
